With AI it's gotten so much worse. Google AI will tell people X thing cost 129$ when it's 149$ and tell people there's a discount when there's none.
Every week I have to argue with someone about it, many think we control whatever google show them and that we're the one doing false advertising too.

That's a really good point π in this case, this person was just lying to me (she was a regular who complained about anything she could). But I'm sure Ai has made fake ad campaigns and it's always the workers who have to deal with the difficulties of telling them π
