You should speak to a medical professional. Read this link for more information on what is probably causing this https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/symptoms/23960-tactile-hallucinations-formication The only other thing Ive seen cause this is methamphetamines. If you are using you should reach out to a rehab center. After a few days or weeks of sobriety this feeling will go away. Or it could be something as simple as very dry skin. You need to consult a doctor though. I wish you the very best of luck!
