Faceit connect error

Hey guys, I’m having an issue on FACEIT. When I paste the IP into the console, it fails about once every 10 games and I get a “socket client” error. I’ve gotten banned multiple times because of this. Does anyone know what this error means or how I can fix it? I even asked GPT about it, but I couldn’t figure it out. Please help!
