Why does fasfa never answer emails

I need enrollment protection and have been dropped from all my classes like the other person on here earlier nobody has responded in a week

Your best bet is going in-person or calling them.

They turned off their calls we can’t even call them

they haven't turned them off, it's just that the line is too busy. if you can't go in person, call them at exactly 10 am and immediately press 0 so you'll be one of the first people to talk to them
