I dont have any work in the company i usually dry my hands for 15 or so minutes and then wipe them with my hanky🤣🤣

If you rub your hands together as though you're washing them, your hands get totally dry in about a minute.

You have to keep spreading the water around so it can evaporate properly.

I had to use air dryers at one of my jobs, followed by sanitizer, before putting on gloves. Can't really put on rubber (vinyl or nitrile) gloves with wet hands.
