HELP! Does anyone know about using opiate pills while on subs?
I’m gonna get five Dilaudid 8’s in a couple weeks.
By then my Suboxone intolerance should be down to 6 mg. I’m just trying to figure out how many of the D8’s it would take to breakthrough. (gonna go 24 hours without subs first).

Subs have naloxone which blocks opiate receptors. Literally took a strip and wasted dope for at least 3 days trying to get high many times throughout my addiction.

Not true either. The Bup outcompetes other opioids which blocks them from hitting your opioid receptors. The naloxone is to make injecting subs not work. The bup knocks off other opioids from the receptors when you take it and you’re not in withdrawal, which is what causes PWD. It blocks other opioids from hitting the receptors when you’re on it, which is why other opioids don’t work when you’re on bupe. Common mistake in the way it works.

lol okay bro whatever you say trying to breakthrough while on suboxone is an extremely dumb idea and a waste of drugs unless you wait for it to get out of your system by waiting 72 hours at least - not just 24

To add - the nalaxone is also uses orally to assist with constipation.

They won’t work unless you are off subs for a couple days completely… but I do hear high doses of 7OH hit receptors that bupe may block

No, its not true that it wont work unless you have been off for a couple of days, you can very much still get high while on subs.

Ohhh yeah just depends on the sub dose and what’s taken/how much w/ it …but sometimes subs really will give a hard block dude. To get passed that is just scary (OD scary, maybe even a waste of cash) unless someone’s on a small ass dose (even then). I think the only thing that really will break through subs is F, and fuck that shit, it’s not even recreational much in my mind

F works while on subs because it has so much xylaxine and tranq analogues which don’t work on other receptors besides the opiate receptors.

I’m talking about pure F, F-1000, it will go straight through a 8mg block, so will a lot of niazines, orphines, etc … no “tranq”; H… not unless you do a fucking boat load.
Some dude on this thread literally said H will go through a Suboxone block just 10% extra of what he usually uses 🤦♂️😭😭😭

It either makes you sick or you get high. Imo most pharma won't do anything. It's all the crazy analog they put in fen nowadays, some of it works some of it doesn't. It's better to just not do it

If you want to lower your opiate tolerance, take pregabalin. 1 capsule 150mg is enough, but 300 mg would be even better. Yoh won't feel any discomfort of withdrawal. In many countries you can get pregabalin otc. But the best thing is Ibogaine. 1 session (around 30hrs) and your body resets, dopamin/serotonin levels will be back to normal. That's how you can kick it. But ibogaine session is very expensive in western countries. Ibogaine clinics in Europe and south America charge $10,000-15000 for 1 session. If you want it, I get it direct from a farmer in west Africa for around 500-800. Because there are 3 types- regular powdered root, ibogaine TA(total alkaloid, ibogaine HCL

I’ve done percs after taking subs same day. I don’t get sick or anything just don’t get as high off the perc. Wait few days if you want to be high off the perky
