I am not expert at all, but I will suggest to keep relatable things on one page. Afterall we dont have to create as much visuals as we can, we just have to answer business questions to support decisions. So keep only relevant visuals on same page, so that even slicers can engage with everything at once

It's good

Make sure keep the things in one page, and if you wanna make like this then make a overview page (here we can show all the imp things which we have ans or give insight) then make other for depth if needed

The good:

• Clean Design
• good grid
• minimal grid lines
• minimal colur

Could be better:

• I like the BANs (Big Ass Numbers) but I'd add context: colour, sparklines, arrows, etc should be used to tell me if the KPIs are good or bad, or going up/down
• It's surface level. That's ok, but a savvy user of this would soon be coming back to you with the NEXT level of questions: the WHY questions. You should think about that as the next dashboard to build, or the evolution of this one

It feels natural. My feedback would be to use your instincts to identify and keep or refine what is working well. Secondly, note what is not currently implemented ideally. Finally, begin listing what is missing, if anything, or what has not been fully embraced within your architecture yet. Nice work.. :)

From the design aspect, no festival of colours, no emojis, no random icons, it is a good start bcs I think you already ahead of 97% design wise, to get better over time you need to train your eyes more with good designs by following data visualisation communities in twitter also tableau communities bcs they are better. There are good books on dataViz and storytelling. Once you dislike your old reports then it's a real sign of progress.

On the top numbers, it would be nice to see some comparison. For example, are we reaching a target, how does it compare with last month/year etc. A single number is not relevant, people will want to understand "is this good or is this bad? and why?". Always keep this in mind.

Also on their legends, you should be explicit "2026 Net Revenue" or "Total Yearly Net Revenue", something like that.

On the second page you are missing the units on the revenue and profit numbers on the top.

This is maybe personal but I like to have the value of each bar on the top of it, for readability. But maybe it could become too crowded.

Another tip I can give you (you are doing it somehow already) is going from broad to detailed as you scroll down a dashboard. Showing the main numbers above and as you scroll down you can see more detail about them, that explains them.

I think it's a good starting point overall, you just need to approach it as an end-user and antecipate the questions that may come from that. Because otherwise, on a work scenario (from my experience), it would become just another dashboard that people would use once and never look at it again.
