Tips & Resources Request to get resume reviewed

Hi everyone,

I'm targeting business analyst / data analyst roles and would appreciate a resume review.

My main concern is that my resume doesn't seem to be getting past ATS screening,I've applied to a fair number of roles and haven't received any interview calls.

Resume is attached. Any feedback on formatting, keywords, or how I've framed my experience would be really helpful.

Thanks!.Resume

You should get rid of summary section.

The bullets on your experience are decent but don't really map to any $ values specifically. Your most recent experience was an entire step back not just in technicality but also scope and title which is weird to me but thats not that big of a deal. However it's entirely kind of away from an analytics function? I would maybe rewrite the bullets to be a bit more analytics based. Whether thats bending the truth of what you did or just entirely lying is up to you, but its dragging you down. An edit that would be ok is dropping the "process" from the title and just putting business analyst and bending the bullets to be actually analytical.

I think the bullets for the Senior Data analyst role need to be a touch more specific in terms of what you did, how you did it. You might want to learn python adn throw it in there so it seems like you used it.

The projects are good and I do like them, but remove anything with trailing words.

Honestly the content is decent, it needs to be more targeted in some spaces (job experience) for analytics roles and then dumbed down a little bit (projects) and some parts need to be removed (summary). Overall its a good resume but its too bulky and can be really annoying to read through. remember that HR is ultimately lazy and looking to just check boxes off so you want to make their job easy.
