Data technician

Landed job as data technician l2 literally never worked before as data technician tomorrow is my 1st day on site can you help me to know things

if it is L2 at AWS, then L2 is geared especially for people without data center experience and is sort of like an internship. You get paid much less and are going to be hand held for awhile.

right? i work as an automation tech. dont do much with plcs but wonder if i can get one. have taken cisco classes before but that was 2010 lol
