42m - I've only been playing for a month. I have loved every single match, even when I've done terribly. On our regularly played, pretty technical local course, I am throwing pretty consistently ~+18, Have played smaller, easier courses and have thrown as low as +7
I am trying to resist the urge to just BUY ALL THE PLASTIC, because, well, I have two kids and a wife that all play too (+a married daughter and her husband), and trying to outfit just myself+ the ones I am responsible for becomes really expensive, really fast - So I want to target my purchases to what I will actually use as I grow.
I have no gauge for how hard I throw, but if I am just bombing it out there, wide open (no cursed trees...) I have paced my drivers and midrange out to 300-350' pretty consistently.
I have:
Driver Lat64: Saint
Mid Lat64: Fuse
Mid Discraft: Buzzz SS
Mid: Doomsday: Chemtrail
Putter: Lat64: Keystone
I have access to multiple Dynamic, Prodigy, Trash Panda, and one Innova disc, and I throw all of them pretty well - They're almost all starter kit types with similar numbers. It seems I certainly favor understable with a max speed around 11 right now... Working on getting my speed up.
But how would you recommend building out my bag, besides chasing pretty plastic? How do I go about even understanding what I need? I'm out throwing every opportunity I have, and trying to understand each disc... Any "You 100% should have this disc" discs? Why?
I love this sport... give me well reasoned justifications for buying more plastic :-P
