Did you maybe state somewhere that you want nitro or anything? I've done this before where I've just randomly sent people gifts cause they mentioned it. Obviously stay wary and check! But it's possible

Do not click the link itself. Only try clicking the "Open gift" button. If it works, it works. If not, it's ether a mistake or scam. Desktop Discord has been lately randomly sending the gifts I intended to send to my friends to a completely unrelated DM channels that I didn't even purchase the gift in. Discord moment /shrug
