Product Support RC controller not charging

Just got the mini 3 and trying to charge the RC controller. I plug it into the wall and nothing happens and it doesnt charge. With the red light I can’t move the joysticks. Why isn’t the controller charging?

Buttons and joysticks etc don’t control anything but the drone.

Charging wise could be multiple things, but i assume you tried a different plug? different charger? different cable? and used the ones that came with it?

Makes sense

And yes I tried all those. Got off the phone with DJI they were able to help. Final question, does the controller stay blinking when charging like the Neo 2 battery? Mine doesn’t stay blinking, only when I press the power button to check the status of the battery

It should slowly blink if slow charging and blink fast if fast charging just like any other dji product does, my RC Pro 2 does that atleast just like my old controller and drone etc

Doesn’t blink when charging only when I press the button 🤷🏾‍♂️

You connect to the USB labeled as "HOST" - it's to connect to PC, charging port is another USB
