Incidentally, the bureaucratic elite did *everything* in their power to sweep this study under the rug. Because, you know, "we don't want to cause unrest."

🤔 (Hint: legalized euthanasia/premature termination of life—not really a thing in Eastern Europe yet). They haven't realized yet that the highest healthcare costs (for the government budget) occur during the final year of a person's life.

The situation in the Netherlands (slowly sliding back to prehistoric times) was the direct reason the UK voted *against* euthanasia.

In other words, even if you are still a long way from dying (naturally), in the Netherlands you tend to get "finished off" a bit sooner by doctors. Because it's efficient and, undoubtedly, "because: Budget."

Overigens hebben de ambtelijke elite er werkelijk a-lles aan gedaan, om deze studie onder het tapijt te vegen. Want, "we willen geen onrust".

NL gaat als enigste land (met op afstand nog wat andere "westerse - ahum rijke 😂 - landen") de geschiedenis in, als het land wat aan LEVENSVERWACHTING inboet, naarmate... het "rijker wordt".

🤔 (tip: gelegaliseerde Euthenasia is in Oost EU nog niet zo'n ding). Die weten nog niet dat de hoogste gezondheidszorg kosten (voor de regerings budget) in het laatste jaar van het leven is van haar populatie.
