Reaching kriptonite customer service

Has anyone had trouble reaching their customer support by phone? I cannot find a number. I called their warranty service by phone but had to leave a message. Still have not been able to talk to a human. Concerned about needing support if I buy their locks.

I used email to contact them. They replaced my lock under warranty in about 30 days. Replaced my lost keys for my other 2 locks for free which was awesome. The original response was within 24hrs. I was pretty happy.

It's "kryptonite" locks, perhaps you called kriptonite

I was on their website. Finally called a number in Boston and had to leave a message there too. I also don’t see prices. Are we able to buy from them directly?
