I smoked some Top Sirloin (Picanha) over the weekend. Sliced the last of it thin and warmed it in a pan. Served with 2 sunny side up eggs and fried potatoes with onion and cheddar cheese. The egg yolk makes a sublime sauce to dredge the tender steak and crispy potatoes in! Enjoy your day!

Cooked on high heat with olive oil and butter, constantly stirred. Once lightly cooked but still slightly wet, turn off heat and add heavy cream to slow down and stop the cooking. Cover in pepper

Super easy and fast breakfast with egg (made with the microwave appliance - turned out like a rose). Some avocado, protein bread and protein coffee for a total of 35 g of protein.

Four over easy eggs on sourdough with a little organic raspberry spread, just missing avocado… this is my go to breakfast!

Made huevos rancheros for breakfast today. My wife likes her eggs crispy and I like mine with softer whites and butter poached layers on a fried tostada and on a bed of beans with chorizo. Seasoned simply with salt and pepper and then topped with roasted salsa.
