I’ve launched a petition; I’d appreciate your signature. 300 signatures and I can present the social and economic benefits to the council.
With a new film coming out, it’s prime time to finally embrace Ali G and the social/economic benefits, and have some fun!
Do you live, work or study in Spelthorne Borough? Please learn more and sign the petition here: https://democracy.spelthorne.gov.uk/mgEPetitionDisplay.aspx?id=48
And share it around!
If 300 signatures is reached by 24th August, it will be considered by the Council in good time before the new film is out on 23rd October 💪

Does county lines dealing impact your area?
I'm an independent filmmaker and am currently looking at county lines and drug dealing and want to explore what impacts it has on areas outside on on the outskirts of major cities. If you've seen any kind of impact or are able to share any information that might be helpful please let me know! Curious to hear anything at all. Thanks!

Does anyone have any restaurant recommendations in/around the town?
I like going to restaurants with my partner for dates but am struggling to find very nice ones ( not necessarily expensive/romantic, just ones where we can sit down and have a nice meal with good vibes c: ) so if anyone has any recommendations or favorites, please let me know! In particular I'm looking for somewhere to have a cute Valentine's dinner 🍽️

How to watch Arsenal vs Everton tonight?
Arsenal playing Everton at 8pm tonight. Should be brilliant match - Arsenal are top of the Premier League and haven't lost to Everton in their last five meetings.
What do people in Egham usually do for big Arsenal matches? Any good pubs showing it or does everyone stream at home?
My place doesn't have sports channels and I'm not paying for full Sky/BT package. Being so close to London there must be decent options but not sure what's best in Egham specifically.
Seen premier league live stream sites like Ant Sports mentioned before - anyone in Egham used those for big Arsenal matches like this?
Really don't want to miss this one - Arsenal are flying right now!
