Needing support - Panic attack Need support

I’m on the way to the store with my grandpa and I started to feel sick in the car. My stomach hurts and I’m really hot. We turned the air up but my stomach still hurts

stomachs hurt all the time, mine hurt today too! walk around the store and try to slow down and get cool, and drink some water, take lots of deep breaths. this will pass
