Calculator Recommendations?

Need to update the old desk calculator. Anybody have one they like using?

Second this. I use the app version now since it’s a bit more convenient when I’m not at my desk, but I really do miss the big desktop calculator. Maybe I’ll get one for the office.

The one on windows has always worked fine, if you know decimal values of feet and inches.

But more often then not excel as I can adjust the variables on the fly.

I had to replace my 15 year old Canon when my 5 year old daughter decided the buttons needed some "gentle persuasion".

I just grabbed another Canon, 1200TSC. It was cheap, and basically the same as what I had before.

Adding that the Sharp El-1501 is another great option for a compact/paperless version. Highly recommend Sharp calculators!

I don't need to calculate anything but cost, sell price, and margin, so I use a Canon MP11DX. Had one in my office, and found one at a Goodwill for $5. That was 4 or 5 years ago, and it still works like a champ!

What do you want out of the calculator? What kinds of features? For me personally, I find that I rarely use a physical calculator, but when I reach out for one it's the same calculator I have used for the past 15 years.

Excel... calculator has been sitting at bottom of my drawer untouched for 20 years
