In common parlance, Ethernet is not Wi-Fi. Ethernet is the popular wired LAN technology standardized as IEEE 802.3, and Wi-Fi is the popular wireless LAN technology standardized as IEEE 802.11.
Since your picture shows that you don't have an Ethernet cable plugged into your PC, and your text and screenshot are about Wi-Fi, I'm not sure why you spammed your post to /r/Ethernet.
If you really wanted help troubleshooting an Ethernet problem, I would point out that your Ethernet cable is apparently not plugged in, so perhaps you should start with that.
