Just wonder if there's anything out there, prefer like GoD to TSS

I’m itching to play and really want to play vanilla since I started right before PoK back in the day. Are the dedicated servers populated enough to play or welcoming for new players or should I just do Legends?

I’m trying to find two power levels on frost reaver, but it’s a bit more difficult than I expected. Any help?
