found this walking near my base, I didn't eliminate any nest of biters here, what can it be? and how to destroy

try placing non-military buildings on the debris to change it to grass

you in fact did eliminate biter nests.

you got artillery by any chance?

It's a cliff.

You destroy it with cliff explosives (the blue one)

Found what? There doesn't seem to be anything there that can walk besides yourself. Cliffs, trees, and plants don't move.
