What's up everyone! I'm a first time poster here, and just wanted to gauge the fanbase. I'm an oldhead and played every entry (except Farcry 5). I hear most people say 5 is the best and their favorite. But man, I just can't with 5.. it's just so dang boring and nothing is compelling to me. Enemies are spongy, and it's kinda floaty all the time. I also find the religious cult less interesting than taking down dictators (hell, maybe those are one in the same for a lot of people 🤷🏼‍♂️).. I just couldn't get into it at all and I have a few tries over the years, putting in 4-5 hours each time..but I just can't get interested. Should I keep going? Does it get more compelling and interesting? I know the whole nuke ending and the next game.. but it feels so out of place for Farcry..

I'd say the best Farcry games are 2 and 3, but my personal favorite is 4. And 6 was great! I'm glad they went back to a familiar formula.

Far cry 3 is my fav far cry game, maybe its nostalgia but when it first came out I had never played something like far cry 3 before. It was mind blowing the jungle, wild life, pirates it was perfect. Got classic edition since launch, it was free with fc5 dlc but ever since then they didnt fixed the gun sounds. I belive it was a compression error or something like that, all full auto guns sounds like 1000+ rpm. Since they gave a decade old gr wildlands new dlc and all, is there a chance for ubisoft to fix the game on ps5 maybe fov slider as a treat? I know its a strech but cant we as a community get more attention to this online? So maybe they do something about it.

Is it because my brain knows what it's "supposed" to look like so seeing that building in ruins or leveled or that old farm field empty feels weird because I "know" whats supposed to be there or what WAS there

I just completed New Dawn and it's fun to play even though the plot and villains are dull.

Now I'm about to play Far Cry Primal, I need your guidance on how to play it smoothly.

I'm used to playing games with guns and this is the first time I'm playing a stone-age gameplay.

I'm a bit nervous playing a game (that's why I didn't turn ON the survival mode) because there's no bullet no grenades no guns no cars, only spears and bow/arrow with human masculinity of homo sapiens instincts... Though I feel independent to play this game, when there's no modern objects/materials to be seen... It feels like a True Open World.

Personally my go to is Jess Black and Boomer. Jess is just super good for stealth and Boomer marks all the enemies automatically witch is so helpful. I really like this combo

Who is your fav companions to bring around?

Hey guys so my far cry 5 is completely stuck in night time and it just wont change. I tryed restarting the game and even quit to main menu like 3 times but still stuck at night, nothing working.

I was doing some side quest and then notice the sun never comming up anymore. Is there any fix for this without restart whole campaign because i already play so many hours.

If anyone know how to fix this bug please tell me thanks

Why the PS4/5 Version of FC6 Goty upgrade pass [EU] has 2 copies of blood dragon classic edition? I found out that FC6 GOTY edition includes FC3BD (CUSA-29008) while the upgrade DLC has another copy of FC3BD: CUSA-29008 and CUSA-30361. they both are on version 1.01, and are 3,68gb on size, share same achievements list but can be downloaded separately. The only difference is that the Upgrade pasd clone is only in english. Why are there 2 copies of the same game? Maybe they modified the game a bit but forgot to add the other languages? But why pubblish it again? And why only in the upgrade pass?
