I think the original face has more of a soft “femme fatale” vibe.
My attempt turned out a little rougher (Lighting also affects some aspects) but it’s pretty close.

Pretty basic looking but she looks tough af lol genuanely while there is a lot of stuff i am excited for in the DLC new armors and drip is definately what excites me the most, the outfit customization was such a stepback compared to DD1 so at least having more armors will be nice

Hi there. I'm a newcomer to dragons dogma. Or I was until about 2 weeks ago and I fell in love/hate with the original game and it's dlc.

Money has been tight recently but I've promised myself next payday I'm picking up the sequel. And then I remembered how based the devs were and how there was a free demo that let me make a character. I tried to recreate my original Arisen and Pawn from dd1, but the hairstyles I used have been removed from the sequel. So I made myself instead ( the first image ).

I went through every detail, all the way down to my slightly crooked nose. Then as I was checking all the different menus for what could be done to spice it up more fantasy esque. I saw the "base head" selection and had a great laugh at all the gigachad goblins. But then. Number 16. That's my straight up dad. Like it's uncanny how accurate that cac is to my father. And I had to stop and think for a sec.

"How in the hell is this game, reverse engineering my god damn genetics?!"

I'm kinda impressed and slightly horrified. Ngl.

my arisen is as close of a likeness to me that my partner and i were able to get, and my pawn, Ulysses, is based off of my most recent pawn from DD1 :)

How’s it looking so far??

Preparing for my second save slot and wanted to make the real best girl of Frieren, Übel as pawn for Mage/Sorc.

How do you guys feel I did? translating 2d anime style to a 3d more realistic style is difficult as you dont have loads of detail to go on.

Hair and eye colour will of course be better once I can get the colours from Battahl and until we get the side pony hairstyle from DDDA2 this hairstyle best simulates the general outline of her hair I think.

Did the best I could to make her droopy eyes, only so much you can close them before she just looks like she is squinting. tried to use eyeshadow to make the tops of the eyes seem heavier to hopefully help with the effect.
