Beautiful! I just tried fermenting hibiscus this summer, and wow, is is delicious. Mine starts with ginger bug. I've heard of people adding anise or cinnamon. Can you tell me how much spice you use per liter?

25gr hibiscus, a cinnamon stick of 5cm, 2 small anise stars.

That glass looks like could hold the temperature cold for a while! Almost as insulated as a thermos

I put the empty jar upside down in the frozen half an hour before serving, then add the ice. The condensation that forms gives that icy look to the drink
