Looking for subreddits that can advise on necessary tasks after a parent dies.

I dont have a sub for you but i have advice for you. GET NO LESS THAN 5 DEATH CERTIFICATES. I dont know how i can stress that. Yes, it may seem excessive but they are cheap the first time you get them and if you have to go back for them they cost MORE. You also dont know who will keep one or what you may need another one for down the road.

Edit: You'll probably need way more if you have siblings.

Thank you so much. I did get 5. The Neptune Society was prepaid by my Mom for her planned choice of after care. They have asked, and have received the 5 requested (by us) But I also found the official California Site for such as this. Cost be damned, if I need it I will know where to go.
