I've been a finsub for a number of years now and I speak on Reddit very positively about my experiences, I get so many messages from guys asking me how they can take part in Findom but when I ask them if they have money to send they always say no and Im just like "if you can't even afford to make a coffee send, this kink is not for you."

This is so on point. I’ve gotten so much hate on posts in the past where I stood behind this mindset. 👏🏼

To be fair, my initial stance on this was that subs should have money to blow if they want to take part in Findom, like this is a premium kink, if you don't have a lot of money or earn a lot of money, you should not be taking part. However a number of Dommes educated me saying that some subs can only afford a coffee send every now and then and they shouldn't be discarded coz that's all they can send.

My stance is that you should be willing to give up a luxury. Obviously don’t starve yourself, but instead of a nice $20 meal for cheat day, send her $20 and have chicken and rice

I totally agree with this. There needs to be some level of sacrifice on the subs part. Like if Im sending and it's not affecting my quality of life, then that means im not sending enough.

I see both sides, personally. To each his own! I’ve taken on subs with lower budgets simply because they serve me in other ways or literally just have a great personality. 😂

I’d add that you get what you pay for too. Maybe they can access content on a clip site. I believe everyone should have access to exploration, but a 1:1 experience isn’t going to happen without the resources.

What comes to mind when I read this, as someone who truly is passionate about offering a place for men to be themselves, it the importance of offering accesss at various levels. No, you won’t get my time for nothing, because I wouldn’t be a domme if I didn’t value my time.

My experience with BDSM & findom started IRL and expanded. I struggle with the fear of being viewed as ‘just another content creator’ and focus primarily on one/one dynamics, but I continue to see opportunities for both parties if I expand

I completely understand tribute as a path to restricting entry for undesirable people. However I would assume they usually don’t care, hence why they are undesirable.

But subs where the send is representative of their submission, as a transfer of financial power, this is asking for submission to enter. Kneel before knowing. Kneeling for everyone you introduce yourself to dilutes its meaningfulness.

I agree!

Agreed! It shows intention, willingness, respect, consideration, awareness of the kink… I could go on/on. Even outside of findom, if a woman has link suggesting she monetizes her time, it’s disrespectful to assume entitlement to someone’s time, energy, emotions or content.

Sending a "hi" is time waster behavior, a time waster is not a true sub. If your first reaction is to use the opportunity to put the spotlight on delegitimate Dommes instead of understanding what the post is truly meant to be, your comment makes you look misogynistic and poorly trained

I’m sorry if it came off that way, that’s really not what I meant.

What I meant was more that a Domme who’s in it for the right reason will still appreciate sends, even if they’re not very large, not that Dommes should tolerate low effort or no sends. I apologize if my meaning was obscured.

I’m not sure which part you think came off as obscure…you really said “a true domme is in it for the power not the money” lol.

Said the dude is "forbidden to speak to other Dommes" but apparently not to speak bad about Dommes 🤡 Screams misogynist and judgy.
