Important announcement regarding some of the recent posts here
As you have probably noticed, there has been an influx of naked body shots being posted here in the last few weeks. Moreover, if you check the profiles posting them it’s pretty obvious they’re trying to use the sub to promote their OF pages. Let me remind everyone that this subreddit is not meant for that. This is an SFW subreddit. I’m sure that there are plenty of subreddits on this platform which are meant for those kind of posts, but this is not one of them.
Given that, starting from tomorrow there will be zero tolerance for users who clearly use the subreddit to promote their pages. Anyone who’s in breach of this rule will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from this subreddit.

Almost reached my Goal 💪🏼
Been ever so slowly trying to reduce my body fat. Love to get under 12% but I usually hit closer to 15, just can’t convince my wife to eat chicken and rice 5 times a day…lol Thoughts?

Holiday or not, the 5K still happens
Managed a 5K in Paris. If I’m away, I’d rather fit the run in than spend the whole trip telling myself I’ll start again when I get home.

53 and still have goals!
I might not be cut or shredded but this is the best shape I've been in for over 25 years. Minor setback with a hernia but I'm still working through it. Surgery at the end of September.

Went to see TLC, Salt 'n Pepa, and En Vogue last night.
I'm tired because I stayed out past my bed time and energized because concerts still do it for me. I was wearing my old guy Rush hat, and a guy 20 years younger asked if id seen them this tour. I go I 2 weeks. He said, "see you there!" All of this at a hip hop and R&B show. 😂
P.S. outside showers are the best!
P.S.S. there is no lower crop. 😉🏳️🌈

True Lies of Bodybuilding
Post Body
13 photos spanning my journey from age 56 peak conditioning to 73 today. Here is what 56 years of 100% natural, drug-free training actually looks like.
The Photo Breakdown
- Photos 1 through 12: A sequence from my 2009 photoshoot when I was 56 years old, showing peak conditioning and muscle mass built entirely through decades of heavy compound lifting and clean nutrition.
- Photo 13 (The Final Reveal): My current physique today at 73 years old in my new gym, stripping away the industry lies and showing what lifelong natural longevity looks like.
The Core Message I started weightlifting at 17 years old and never stopped. Because of this lifelong natural commitment, I have never spent a single night in a hospital in my life since birth, have absolute zero health issues, take zero medications, and have never needed testosterone shots or chemical shortcuts.
The fitness industry is filled with shortcuts, hidden pharmacology, and unrealistic expectations that push people toward burnout or chemical enhancement. Everywhere you look, people both young and old are being taught they need testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), prescriptions, or performance-enhancing drugs just to build or maintain a physique as they age.
My goal with this is to teach people of all ages that you don't need those starts to achieve real results.
- 0 Performance Enhancing Drugs
- 0 Prescription Medications
- 0 Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
- 0 Hospital Stays Since Birth
- 0 Health Issues
Bodybuilding should build your health, protect your joints, and preserve your body for life—not destroy it.
Moving Forward Starting this week, I'll be breaking down what's true and what's actually false in the fitness world.
I am right here in the comments to answer every single question about how I've maintained this naturally for over five decades. Let's start the conversation!
