Discussion Need some help

So i used to use forest in 2024 and had bought the pro version which was one time payment at that time and I had stopped using it in middle now i downloaded it again and all my trees and everything are gone i don't have any single tree except the simple green one and there used to be a option to stop using other things when focus mode is enabled which i am not seeing now can anyone help in it where is it if that thing still exist.

Have you tried restoring your subscription?

In subscription it shows as pro and is asking to upgrade to plus but don't have any features or trees or anything

While introducing plus tier subscription, they said that pro users would retain whatever trees they've unlocked till date. So if you had some unlocked trees, and if you're unable to see or access them, I'd say try contacting the support team. They might be able to help you.

You can write to them by email, and a bot will try to answer your questions. If it doesn't solve the problem, a human will come to help you.
