Question Framework 13 Pro Not Booting
Just got and built my 13 pro batch 5 but its not posting. I get 12 green lights 1 orange 1 blue 12 green 1 blue then 3 green. Im thinking it could be the memory but it is on the supported list CT32G75C2LP5X? I know memory training can take a while but not 20+ mins long.

This is an e0 module, crucial e0 seems to be supported. I had an issue as well, if it's fully black screen, try reseating the input cover keyboard connector. https://community.frame.work/t/solved-new-laptop-13-pro-intel-lpcamm2-is-doa/84402/5 Feels random but try it, it fixed mine (I also had ram issues but this got me to the point I knew I had ram issues, ram issues show something on the display, no display at all probably means these connectors need to be reseated)

Reseated those connectors but still the same results.

Send me pictures of the connectors you reseated if possible.

It was the three that link showed, on the bottom of input cover as well as the display (which i presume is top right

The display is not on the input cover, but okay, plug into an external display, disconnect the internal display ribbon on the top left of the motherboard and then try booting, let me know if the external display shows anything

worth a shot, connector issues are easy to overlook during a first build

If I got with no ram in i get a display saying memory in progress no memory detected but if i boot with ram I get no display

OOOO OKAY THIS IS THE ANSWER, your ram in 'not compatible', check out my recent post on the framework reddit about how to fix this (involves some know how and kapton tape or buying an interposer) https://www.reddit.com/r/framework/s/AdEFhw3Zhq

Appreciate the help thank you very much. I dont get why it isnt compatible as framework website say it is? Confusing. Will go to the hardware store and get some kapton tape

The whole ram situation is weird and my post explains WHY ram is 'compatible' or not, a picture of the bottom of your stick (pad side) would help me confirm with more accuracy.

Edit: I havnt got any kapton tape and nobody sells it near me. Online delivery 3 days, can I (not should) break the interposer ram pad side. As in break the extra pins off. Then if I ever need to get a E1 interposer I can just order a new from framework

Looks like a different model number than quoted in the original post? That image shows Samsung

Yeah my bad, jist saw the front was samsung. Thats funny because when I ordered it, said it was crucial. Sorry for the troubles and thanks for the solutions all

Yea, since it's a Samsung e0 stick, try out the kapton mod or get a e0 interposer, should fix it (but rigorously test after installing)

Memory training actually has a loading screen on the 13 pro. Might be worth making sure the lpcamm2 is screwed down enough, but with the warning to not overdo it. Should just be tight.
this guide might help https://knowledgebase.frame.work/en_us/my-laptop-is-not-powering-on-ryQLXvQkt

I believe its tight enough, just to enough force that if I wanted to tighten them more I would have to excert a lot of pressure
