Other How fast does a human body need to accelerate when pulled or pushed to move in a steady horizontal level?

I know there are variables such as your general angle: upward pull/push vs horizontal angle. I also feel like the existence of a hangglider would complicate this calculation.
But I wondered if anybody had any rough idea how fast or strong of a pull/push you would need to remain on a steady level with a hangglider, and maybe even without?

Airdesign has a new Parakite for H&F and it should also be fit to thermal.

A kite I want to try...

Also worth to mention that we found in the manual that it needs a check every 70h.
