This has been the standard for pre registration rewards for years.. no?

And like why people even care, at the end of the day they will boost the number themselves to reach the rewards...

u/MetriccStarDestroyer Jan 10 '26

Probably thought it was plagiarism.

But templates exist. That's (Canva) what every student uses nowadays when doing a school presentation.

u/DarthTachanka Jan 09 '26

a lot of pre regs look similar

24

u/Ate_at_wendys Jan 10 '26

Next they are going to say summoning characters is copying

14

u/nonfriedjml Jan 10 '26

? Are you stupid? This is how all pre regs are

51

u/Slow-Boysenberry3150 Jan 09 '26

Of all things they could have come up with, choosing to complain about pre-reg rewards being similar is wild. It’s so fucking forced and stupid that the bait isn’t even funny anymore.

u/FlaglerAmerica2001 Jan 09 '26

Prefect explain of tourists just learning about Gacha games pre-registration. Also can please not make this a big deal FFS.

u/dene323 Jan 10 '26

Rather than real registration data (since we know they are all fake anyways), it actually reveals a bit of market positioning of the devs, namely both Endfield and NTE devs intend to position themselves as at least comparable to Wuwa (30M) and ZZZ (40M) level of launch hypes, but not some numbers outrageously high to be mocked, so they both chose 35M as middle of road positioning.

If I were to guess, Ananta might aim a little higher given its Netease background and somewhat more organic hype, whereas AP and Silver City might aim a bit lower given their niche.

27

u/King-Gabriel Jan 10 '26

Ananta has global region hype, but is being recieved very poorly in CN. Endfield has a huge audience from Arknights.

NTE won Taptap most anticipated award last year and is currently tied with Nexus Anima for this year's.

I don't know why people assume global is the region that matters when that couldn't be further from the truth.

u/Dindranen Jan 18 '26

ananta will never release. Its not a real game.

THey keep showing absolute bullshit thats blatantly reskined existing games

u/AD_Stark Jan 10 '26 edited Jan 10 '26

Genuinely curious why Ananta is being received poorly in CN. Like I am personally not overly hyped because a lot could change upto release but current version that they have shown looks good I guess

other than what gabriel talked about, the game has been in development hell for years by now where they change the core concept and rebuild the whole thing every year (it's been longer than 3 years in total)

if a project change core concept every year, people having hope for it is just coping at this point, the only thing that hasn't changed is the bunny girl design but other than that, everything else has changed every year, even the gacha to non-gacha is new to this year (it was still gacha early 2025 on their "offline test")

some people have begun calling it a nepo-project cause after this many remakes, a project usually get axed (especially in netease) but this one is kept alive. i was kinda hoping for it on reveal year but not anymore, it kept getting nothing burger news until today and the tribalism radiating from that side is getting too annoying at this point

Company history (overpromising, high p2w, quickly eos'ing things) mostly. They have a few hits they don't handle badly but given how large they are and how many they pump out the odds aren't good, paired with the lack of progress shown compared to the time. Also some complaints about the reworks to gameplay and design.

Even if it suddenly starts making progress they'd likely be a bit wary given the record. But, even without those problems, it's over a year behind stuff it was announced at the same time as.

I'd like to be optimistic, but I can't really see it catching up in time.

2

u/AD_Stark Jan 10 '26

Yeah I while I hope it turns out good, I am not overly optimistic so I won't be disappointed if it doesn't meet the expectations

4

u/King-Gabriel Jan 10 '26

Yeah I'd just forget about it until launch and if it shows up great, great.

If not, well, there'll be similar stuff with a lot more versions of improvement over basic launch.

u/OrangeIllustrious499 Jan 10 '26

Imo, Endfield's def feels more organic when you consider that the registration event has been running for almost a year now and it still has not reached 35m despite 12 days before release. Because the bar only really spikes when a big event hits, and most other games really would have hit their goals when so close to releade date by now.

Whereas in most other games, the bar climbs gradually which is not how it's supposed to really work unless theres a big event

33 million pre regs is still very impressive though if the whole is really organic.

10

u/Saunts Jan 10 '26

well nte's pre-reg also been running for a long time, even on cbt1

doesn't mean i trust any of these numbers on any games tho, it's easily manipulated

15

u/TrashySheep Jan 10 '26

Pre-registration PvP doesn't hit the same when both communities aren't at war with each other

21

u/pedro_henrique_br Jan 10 '26

Well, bro really tried to create the war himself instead

6

u/Microice001 Jan 10 '26

Probably the same intern worked on both

12

u/Unusual-Address5799 Jan 10 '26

This standard layout for gacha pre registration.. Lmao stfu tourist find better idea to farm karma

8

u/Accomplished-Cry6446 Jan 10 '26

Bro you know right that gacha prereg Is almost the same for all right?

8

u/VlRGIN_4ever GI,PP Jan 10 '26

Who cares the numbers are fake anyways

5

u/Unf4rgivenR ZZZ/AK/NIKKE/Stella Sora Jan 10 '26

Can someone trying to tell me the point of this post??

5

u/CommitteePutrid6247 SUMMONER Jan 10 '26

they are all the same. and these numbers aint real anyways

3

u/AkareNero Jan 10 '26

We moved from "They copied the ToS" to "They copied Pre-Reg rewards" huh

2

u/Dindranen Jan 18 '26

arkshitter thinks hypershyt invented generic templates or something

1

u/lgn5i2060 Jan 21 '26

Must be a slow day for you. Don't worry, AK:E out tomorrow while NTE will be on Feb 18th.

-2

u/fantafantata Jan 10 '26

Who let bro cook?

0

u/PunkHooligan Jan 11 '26

Why to protect brainless copycat approach of every single gacha dev tho? It's no biggie, sure, but to advocate for this kind of shit?

-23

u/reddit-tempmail Jan 10 '26

just made this for fun but omg didn't realize people here are really harsh.

I don't see other games with exact milestones. just checked black beacon and etheria restart they have different numbers.

15

u/pedro_henrique_br Jan 10 '26

Honestly the top text is so small and on a black background that i thought at the beginning that you just put the two images together and labeled as "meme"

Also this meme just.. looks like ragebait

-8

u/reddit-tempmail Jan 11 '26 edited Jan 12 '26

I don't understand when making a funny post like this is hated and saying that it's ragebait, saying that it's like other pre reg but not even giving the example of other with same preregistration.

This post also noticed it not only me https://old.reddit.com/r/gachagaming/comments/1q7vemf/nte_worldwide_preregistration_rewards_revealed/nyjecqw/

I used to open the sub daily to check about new gacha games, events, and memes but after the memes are limited I rarely open the sub again. Some legit event posts like this(https://old.reddit.com/r/gachagaming/comments/1q8ml76/blue_lock_blaze_battle_x_sanrio_collab_out_now/) are even downvoted and no longer appear so it's hard to browse the sub without the new filter.

Sorry for the long text, I'm just disappointed with this sub.

edit for additional context: the dev was shown as to like copying things, what replies I expected was like this: https://old.reddit.com/r/TowerofFantasy/comments/1nb1vl6/hey_can_hotta_copy_their_own_homework/

last edit:

just checked for people who replied me, it's no wonder all of them are nte and tof players. and they still can't even give example game with the same pre registration milestones. even this 5 year old account came to post only here lol https://old.reddit.com/user/Excessiveten/

those people even creating a fantasy scenario about endfield vs nte while I just want to see people saying hotta is copying again.

16

u/Saunts Jan 11 '26

probably cause it isn't funny lmao

also your "receipts" are funny

  1. that's tencent, not hoppa or pwg

  2. it's not hoppa either, they were at 50 dev around this time, all their old pv were outsourced to other studio. their mistake were not being critical enough in vetting the PV

  3. oh come on

when doing "haha copying" meme, at least put some effort into it

14

u/RusselH_007 Jan 11 '26

By showing this your intentions are clearer now. Btw 90% about tof copying were fake, only the sword from HI3 in a video was "true".

Like even the post was not funny though.

6

u/SellOk1188 Jan 11 '26

bro out here showing his true color. i thought you made the meme for meme and giggle, but then showed true intention, to slander the game. get out the kitchen bro, there's no pre existing beef between endfield and nte, HG and Hoppa, you just tried to instigate drama and trying to brigade ak fandom to attack nte with low effort bait

6

u/fantafantata Jan 11 '26

Next you'll say you're a day 1 player. Get out of the kitchen bro.

5

u/Excessiveten Jan 11 '26

This is like the typical response of a chill proving that have less iq than operative braincells, "oh nooo they are cooking me, surely if i post this links will work" no bro, this not work like that

If it's so truthful, why don't you own it instead of failing and then deleting the message?

3

u/pedro_henrique_br Jan 10 '26

It's not that serious

If it was not you wouldn't care of keeping the comment but you deleted like a chicken

There are people dying and suffering around the world

I fail to see what does this have anything to do with the post or even the sub.

No one cares about stupid gambling games

You DO care, if not you wouldn't be here, on r/gachagaming of all places, trying to ragebait.

NIKKE and Blue Archive is all you need

You mean... the same gambling games you just said that no one cares? lmaoooo

Going to the effort of posting on a 1d alt account because you're upset another attempt (there have been so many recently, and nearly all of them on new accounts) to try and ragebait the Endfield and NTE communities into fighting eachother didn't work, yes, I'm sure we're the upset ones here.

Edit: They blocked me

-4

u/WistoKun Jan 10 '26

Naaa everything is the same

-16

u/Bro_Tips2025 Jan 10 '26

I just someone ratioed the original nte post on Twitter is the hype for nte really that bad?! 😰

14

u/Excessiveten Jan 10 '26

Simple, that tweet was moved in a lot of comunitties of the obvious fanbase, when ake showed their milestones i didnt see anyone saying nothin, or when infinity nikki said that they had 32 million pre regs i didnt see anyone saying nothin, is always this hypocritical rhetoric from the same ones demonstrating their cult behavior

14

u/SellOk1188 Jan 10 '26 edited Jan 11 '26

is the hype for nte really that bad?!

i'm sorry if you're not but if you're the one that im thinking, the thing is you came from other fanbase and instigated hate out of nowhere and gathered people that need confirmation bias. it's really pathetic attempt while people from nte i've never seen trying to instigate the hate to other fanbase, especially put effort to other space just to shit on them.

nte hype while constantly doomposted by glb tribalistic gacha space, in CN, NTE got overwhelmingly positive reception. if you think NTE has no chance, on taptap NTE top enfield in all metrics (follower, reservation/pre registration, rating and currently rank one test/beta ranking despite new games announced beta). on bilibili NTE is 2nd most reserved/pre registered game, above all "hyped" games and only under endfield.

NTE on Bilibili:

  • Reserve/Pre-Registered by 1.848m Users (2nd most reserved game on Bilibili so far)
  • Followed by 1.65m users
  • Rating 9.4/10

NTE on TapTap:

  • Still Rank one Test/Beta popularity since Co-Ex announced
  • Reserve/Pre-Registered by 4.25m users
  • Followed by 4.25m users
  • Rating 9.0/10

NTE currently is up for fight for winning back to back TapTap award for second time, NTE currently only 0.06% vote difference with honkai nexus anima with 3% difference to 3 place out of tens of nominees

https://www.reddit.com/r/NevernessToEverness/comments/1q2upsd/nte_is_up_for_a_battle_to_win_back_to_back_taptap/

NTE also might surpassed the 5m followers milestone just by combining taptap and bilibili follower which will be 5.9m, this not even include glb social media and the rest CN social media

https://www.reddit.com/r/NevernessToEverness/comments/1q8t4ay/we_might_already_accomplished_social_media_5m/

the hype is bad if you only sitting around circle jerking community who's trying to find confirmation bias with insecurity afraid other games doing good. if you ask "who NTE think they are?", the answer is clear NTE is game that extremely well received while doomposted by glb audience because they're so insecure about the existence of other game, while the game is thriving in china, the region where 40%-60% of most of gacha game revenue come from. if one region alone that part of 50% of entire gacha revenue spending hype for nte, it's enough rather than hyped by region that spend their entire life instigated drama and hyping up revenue chart while their lifetime spending on gacha game is $0
