Off topic, but if pvp was based on how funny each game's story was, Trickcal would gap the others. Trickcal's sole story is funnier than any gacha + their memes.
Trickcal own humor + community memes is way above. I don't even know where to start, I can't believe that a flash game has better slapstick humour than all these pretentious 3d gacha which have a lot of budget and writers.
In terms of comedy it's on a whole other level ngl. And can also have its sad moments, and when it does have it hits even harder. Reminds me of the structure of Gintama in terms of character development, everyone is goofy but when shi gets serious you feel it.
Trickcal is the sheer definition of the game "that some will skip bcs it's a 2d chibi game", but when you start it, you're so frickin glad you did listen to your heart in the end.
You're just so glad reaching that part of the event ( It's not spoilers, it's an official promo image. ) She is so precious.
For me it's also the fact that the lore they build upon is surprisingly solid. Everything regarding the elves and how they arrived to this world, the poisoning of yggdrasil by the hand on the mercury dragon etc... It's well connected and helps grounding the lighthearted parts of the story
hi i dont play trickcal but interested in story, is it revealed why elves look like the natives even though they came from different world? and also having no males(?) like the world they came to?
