There was absolutely nothing to spend this month. Even if I was given free money I couldn't think of any reason to spend it in HSR. Anyone want to pull probably have enough saved up just from weekly last month, which also has very little content.
I think the number is very fascinating actually. This might be the closest we ever got to have a guess of the "minimum" revenue from Hoyo games from monthly subscription (phone only). I remember Genshin has one banner right after lunar new year that is Miyuki and Sigewinne, a character went into standard banner, and one of the worst limited character in the game, and still make 25mil (granted, Miyuki is extremely liked in JP that I saw some people C6 her). It is very possible that HSR and GI make 10-20mil easily just from monthly and battlepass.

HSR dropping to 7 digits is diabolical. Even ZZZ has never reached that low.
The extended patch drought really hit hard
