Sakiko making OG Arknights rival Endfield in revenue.

and Chinese New Year banner on CN

Ah yes, Wang the Arts Wis'adel, the new T0 unit, wonder how the future CC maps would be balanced with him in mind.

I worry less about that and more about EX stages and what enemy design looks like even in thr story stages. Guess we'll have enemies that can move ranged tiles and push away anything deployed in a circle around them and if they take arts damage or CC they release a global nuke 2100 true damage to the furthest away operator/not blocking

Hmm, Nasti counter?

mostly ch3n and instant removal of Walter and Wang

Impressive for OG on mobile! But I'm sure PC and PS5 Endfield revenue greatly spreads the divide even more.

17

u/Vegetable_ww0 Mar 01 '26

AK CN has just gotten PC beta, so I believe their numbers have started spreading as well.

36

u/Sero8 Mar 01 '26

Sure, but we know for a fact Endfield's revenue is 60~70% on PC and PSN AK is still mainly mobile

1

u/Chemical_Rent6824 HSR | OG Arknights Mar 01 '26

Yep, I'd say og Arknights is making 60-70% from mobile

11

u/Hakul Mar 01 '26

Absolutely no way 30-40% already moved to PC lol

1

u/Falsus Granblue Fantasy Mar 01 '26

I don't expect that to affect AK numbers too much until it has been out for a full month.

Apperantly Sakiko is super popular in Chinese fandom. A lot of fanfiction in all kind of fandom have her as somewhat important character in plot.

72

u/eclipse4598 Mar 01 '26

That would not matter for this chart as her banner ran in CN 6 months ago

11

u/mr_beanoz Mar 01 '26

But instead, CN got the CNY banner, which means a new Sui sibling. And he's super good too.

4

u/matter_z Mar 01 '26

Really, I thought she is new. Man I have stop playing A9 too long it seem.

29

u/eclipse4598 Mar 01 '26

She is new on global, CN and global on AK are 6 months apart

2

u/XanderNightmare Mar 01 '26

Though still, she might have pushed the sales in global, with her being a Collab character that has now disappeared forever unless AK ever does another Collab with BangDream (I mean, they make their own Gacha game now, so who knows) and she was lauded by most of the community to be an incredibly powerful unit

That combines the two things that tickles the average "potential spender" the most

21

u/Mindless_Being_22 Mar 01 '26

sakiko got top 10 in a most popular ak character poll on nga

BanG and AveMujica are GIGA popular in CN.

27

u/faulser Mar 01 '26

Yeah, she's insanely popular. Their recent gala festival stream (basically semi-official stream with fan videos) had like half of videos about Ave Mujica.

This one is my favorite, such a good shitpost.

u/billyshears55 ARKNIGHTS Mar 01 '26

I have high hopes of them making a MyGO!!!!! collab when the 3rd season of the anime drops, since the ave mujica collab was so successful

3

u/Metroplex7 Mar 01 '26

Fingers crossed! I'd love to have them in the game too.

2

u/Falsus Granblue Fantasy Mar 01 '26

And Ave Mujica still haven't actually been released in BanG Dream I think.

It is kinda funny seeing them debut in another gacha franchise before their own... I think AK Ave Mujica fanfiction is also a pretty substantial amount of Ave Mujica fanfiction in general.

3

u/KizunaRin Mar 01 '26

She is called Imperial Princess for something

11

u/Phaaze13 GI/HSR/HI3/AK Mar 01 '26

she was so successful they're making another anime season for her

10

u/roxaim Mar 01 '26

And her own game

56

u/Gishra Nikke, Endfield, WuWa, Reverse 1999, Arknights, NTE Mar 01 '26

Might be a lot of people like me that started with Endfield then got interested in the OG because of it.

5

u/Shinobiii Mar 01 '26

How’s OG nowadays? Felt like a chore at a certain point so dropped it. Kind of tempted to start again.

12

u/stephandkerrsuck Mar 01 '26

Been going strong with OG for over 5 years, thinking of quitting Endfield after like a month lol

15

u/Classic-Box-3919 HSR / UMA / AK Mar 01 '26

I like it and dropped endfield lol. But if the gameplay doesnt interest u its fine to drop. I like tower defense games

34

u/soyuz_enjoyer2 Mar 01 '26

The og is infinitely less of a chore than endfield lol

6

u/Typotastic Mar 01 '26

They have cut down on the grind of it by quite a bit, can run a 6x auto in one run so you can use your stamina in about 3 minutes. Idk when you quit, but as long as you do dailies you get the Annihilation skip tickets as well so that takes about 30 seconds weekly.

1

u/Frozen5147 Mar 03 '26

Been playing since near launch so undoubtedly a bit biased but:

  • Still going strong, story has progressed quite a bit depending on where you left off
  • Other than time for events/new story, has had a lot of QOL to make dailies super fast, I basically just log in twice a day to sweep to clear sanity and clear base, probably 10 minutes a day.

8

u/IcelatedPopsicle Mar 01 '26

On JP yes, on global? no. Most of the revenue were from the CN server, which is the Wang and Chen 3 banner

6

u/3IR0S Mar 01 '26

That's power of a God for you!

5

u/MetaThPr4h Arknights Mar 01 '26

Arknights cooked again another great collab, had a nice time with the story, and the whole event music slaps too (listening to the lobby theme right now lmao).

As a 5-star only niche player the new chars are also an absolute banger too, Uika and Mutsumi in special really do be looking like 2 chars that I will be using an absolute ton from now on.

Now I just need them to make my dear Morpheus playable and everything is perfect, god what a cutie.

1

u/DarkenVragon Mar 01 '26

Probably the only gacha in history where its original can still make as much money as its sequel/spin-off game lol (on mobile sensor tower).

16

u/Sila2Doo Mar 01 '26

Mobile revenue that is. From a post few weeks back, PC and console are like 60-70% of revenue.
