Since Master is obviously much taller than the chibis, they could make it so his head is always hidden or out of frame. It'd be a funny way to keep his appearence ambiguous. It could be like the mayor's secretary in Powerpuff girls.

It's cute simple autobattler game, good for collectors too. Story is nice.

Global Anniversary will be coming this fall, I believe early October, so it’s not a bad time to start and get a good grasp of the game. 

I recommend it as a nice side game (though with all side games it will take a bit of effort to reach the chillax side game experience)

If you don't care about pvp / event ranking then anytime is a good time to start as there's no pressure to pull to clear content.

If you care about getting into the first tier ranking then you're like a year late.

The game is a bonsaige, meaning you don't have to get too involved in the system, as long as you play for long enough (like 4 months) you'll get every character. You also get 90% of rewards from "hard" content like raids and pvp just by showing up. The sooner you start the better, the only advise you need is to push the campaign to get better gear with the million stamina you get when starting a new account.

The meat of the game, BTW, is in the main and event stories, which you unlock almost immediately, you don't need to build a strong account or anything.
