You like it or not but since Genshin release that Miliastra thing, their revenue always stable at 30M+.

Usually at filler/rerun patch it even goes to 20M-ish, the Roblox thing really hooked the JP,KR,CN that mostly playing there lmao.

Maybe it has an impact for first half banners sure bur even second half have remained stable (lohen, skirk rerun etc). You can't claim that was due to MW as well

Only time I saw it had an impact was during its launch when nefer ranked 4 in CN....asides from that..everyone else ranked what you expect them to rank given their meta position, fan popularity etc.

Like Lauma(pre MW),  Durin(poet MW) Nicole(post MW)...allmeta supports...pretty much round abour similar numbers.. round about 40 millish.

The averages were definitely lower pre-Miliastra, not the positioning.

I am talking about numbers here thpugh not positions?  Around 40 mill is what Lauma(who launched before MW) and Durin and Nicole made (durin and nicole came after MW). They are all meta supports

Nicole and Durin should have been higher if MW had that much of an impact.

And durinf natlan genshin had legit mizuki(standard character banner lmao) and only hyped units were likes of Skirk or Xilonen vs NK that had 0 standard banner and hella hyped units post Durin.

It could definitely be that as well. All I can say is that Genshin was regularly dropping into the 25m range and now seems to have almost a 40m floor again. There's definitely been some real growth, but it could be simply Nod Krai and now Szezhnaya as well.

..you must have a selective memory lol.

The only time game ever dropped in that range was during Mizuki banner amd xilonen flop rerun during hsr anni.

Mualani was 45 (aug)

Kinich was 45 (sept)

Xilonen 50 (oct)

Chasca 38 (nov)

Neuv and Zhongli rerun 42 (dec)

Mauvilali 99 (jan)

Mizuki 26 (feb)

Varesa 38 (march)

Xilo flop rerun 22 (april)

Escoffee 36 (may)

Skirk 67 (pity ST decidef to nerf  cn ios out of nowhere she was doing 80mill otherwise) (june)

Mauv rerun 38(july)

2 out  12 months is by no means "regularly  falling into 25 mill range"

Make sure you take into account the formula count change. Old numbers are calculated differently than new numbers and I don't remember exactly when they changed how they measure revenue.

Even 2 months was a lot for Genshin Impact specifically, but they're also half under 40, whereas this year only June and this month are under 40, and both were 33 and 38, not 25 and 22. Without the high ceiling from Mavuika and Citlali, the average this year would definitely be higher.

Even 2 months was a lot for Genshin Impact specifically,

So you now dial from regularly falling in this range to even 2 is too much lol ok.

How much were you expecting a standard banner , that was going to be avaliable in anni selector that year later to be making? If it were any other game they would be easily sub 20 or single digits.

, whereas this year only June and this month are under 40,

Well yeah for starters odette came on a bad day in CN(tencent active) else she was rasily rank 4 and doing 40 +  and hoyo has been promoting their topup center like crazy post varka banner (so genshin already scuffed by 30% fee hike on ios in certain places like jp  global revenue got slashed down even further as folks topped up via other methods that aren't recorded by ST)

Also genshin post Nefer banner in NK had extremely hyped/lore heavy characters

Durin, Columbina, Nicole, Sandrone, Varka etc its of little suprise Nod krai did well.

but they're also half under 40

38 isn't that far off but go off ig.

Without the high ceiling from Mavuika and Citlali, the average this year would definitely be higher.

Mauv and citlali alongside Bina revenue is heavily underestimated since they had to settle for lower ranks in CN despite being above douyin. Mauv and citlali month was easy 100+ and Bina was 75+. Skirk revenue also unfortunately got nerfed due to algorithim else she was doing 80 mill. But thats all beside the point

Nod krai is more stable due to virtue of having lore hyped characters that were teased since like 1.X region. It had way less  filler banners compared to natlan where post Mauvilali banner there was really skirk who was a v hyped banner.

Like yeah I should hop3 so region that released units hyped since forever non stop to do higher than region that had a literal standard banner. Else it would be a bad look

I feel it might get crazy once they add gun gameplay as a thing we might get in games.

It's already been fun, but I look forward to what fan are going to cook.

Since these are based on SensorTower, they are guesstimated solely based on the ranks reflected in the Play Store and App Store, which means ANY top-ups done in the games on mobile platforms.

So regardless of anything, any MW players who top up on their phones would also contribute to the rankings and thus the revenue guesstimates.

More like the 5 usd doing work, the sheer amount of Genshin players to other competitors is huge

just that monthly spending brings in the milk

Imagine Your monthly active player, around 20 Millions - 35 million (Half of them has welkin moon user and battle pass)

I mean i can see it being really successfull in Asia regions where people pump out some serious fun games. But the stuff i played so far on EU for example was absolutely not to my tastes at least, i found minigames from events more fun then 90% of Milliastra EU.

This can be also a me problem though cause im really not into getting fashion items for the manequin and i could imagine there is a big crowd for this.

I dont know, it kinda had that before too? I always thought the miliastra thing was a flop because the revenue didnt rly move after it came out.

nah, miliastra skins are ridiculously popualr for cosmetics whales in CN and JP. also CN has far higher quality creations in general. the showcase videos lowkey make me jealous

Oh my lord your account gimmick is doomposting

Miliastra helped stabilize Genshin's revenue since Nod Krai.

And besides, it's pretty successful in JP and CN market. The amount of good creations and people with 5 star gacha skins are quite a lot.

"wahhh i cant afford a 5star skin in miliastra therefore it is flopping!!" 😭😭
