Really at this point it's only global that cares. Majority of JP and KR side have more or less accepted that statistically you're better off.
20 u/Invertbird77 7h ago edited 7h ago yep statistically better, especially to those unluckier side. and new eleph pack being so good deal for spenders play some part too. this is considering GL side actually tanked the revenue so the fact that revenue still increasing means JP side spend more to help compensate
