I've been trying to wake up earlier so I can have breakfast instead of skipping it. Idk if it's an achievement or not but I'm proud of it

That's two achievements: 1. Getting up earlier 2. Eating breakfast!

I came back after 10 days off Upper workout and killed it yesterday. Increased reps or weight on almost every exercise again.

Today will be first Lower after 12 days off!

Finished my first week of working out (previously untrained). Been super sore all week but feels good man. Stopped drinking and nicotine. Had bad headaches for the first 4 days. Committed to the bulk. M44 6” 134lbs>138lbs. Probably gained some fat and water weight, but feeling strong, sleeping well, and excited about the future.

Probably gained some fat

In a week: no. A microscopic amount. You're experiencing inflammation and holding water: that's awesome. That's the process. Stick with it.
