Can someone tell me how to check "external builds"? so I can give them an answer?

Tldr: reported bugs on a indie game to devs on discord and they asked me to check to "see if the external build has it". Game through steam. I don't know how to check.

Help please, my only "gaming" experience pre2026 was wizards101 from beginning to death on computers and systems. Aside from that my 'laptop' experience is running discord on a win7 and reprograming win7 to Linux cinnamon.

I now have a victus Gaming laptop. I'm playing a indie game that recently left early access on steam and they've had a few hotfixes this week. The most recent came out shortly before I loaded and played, and as far as I can tell? I think it updated when the recent fix came out, which I knew of, checked steam for updates and loaded. I posted in the discord about a few bugs I noticed and they asked if I was using the most recent update. The staff said to try to see if the "external build" has it, and I'm too nervous to tell them Im too dumb to know what an external build is or the difference from loading my save or. Well. Any of it. 🥺🥹 the team is doing enough fixing things, I don't feel like they should have to explain bugs for dummies too.

I'm going to also Google and update with what I find because while I'm posting here to ask for help, I'd also like to not be fully useless and try to do my own research in case i figure it out before someone else helps me.

J'avais 42h de jeu j'avoue j'ai les boule de tous recommencer

Guys i bought keys from gamivo. It said the order was complete but i never got a key in my email. I reached out to Customer Support they havent responded in 22 hours. But they claim they have 24/7 customer support.

And how do i get my keys ?😭

A few months ago i bought lego marvel avengers and super-heroes + super-heroes 2. I didn’t know these games couldnt be played on windows 11 because the games support only windows 10 and below. The problem is, some days ago i tried to launch it and i had another version of lego marvel’s avengers installed on my pc. Another version than my steam one. It actually launched, i played about an hour before closing it and went to sleep. I tried to play the game the next morning and it didn’t work again. White screen, then black screen for a few seconds and then it crashes. Not even a logo, nothing. Im on windows 11 and i find it very weird that i could play and then the next day nothing anymore. I think i tried everything i saw on the internet about the subject but nothing seems to work. If anyone can help me play it again or at least understand the problem, it would be lovely.

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but the game has a lot of small stutters when move my mouse diagonally. It doesn't register as a frame rate drop, or uneven frame pacing.

I only have this problem with this game. Interestingly enough, if I plug in a controller to my pc (xbox one controller) diagonal look is smooth as butter.

Things I've tried that don't work:
Reducing the polling rate on my mouse (default is 1000hz).
Trying a different mouse.
Enabling/disabling vsync and free sync
Lower/higher mouse dpi.
Lower/higher resolution and graphics settings.
New graphics drivers

The only thing that works smooth is using a controller.

Mind you its not unplayable with the stutter but it feels like I'm dropping frames when I'm not.

Up and down or left to right movements are smooth with the mouse. But diagonal isn't.

Hopefully someone else has the problem and there's a fix?

I have played this before but decided to get it on PC after getting a new laptop. I am still getting used to the mouse and keyboard so any pointers would be very helpful

I literally just got this game earlier today. It took forever to load onto my computer. Then when I logged on, it immediately started to lag. I will click new game only for it to completely crash. I’ve tried logging on multiple times. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing changed. I don’t know what to do.

Went to turn of the ps4 and was met with this screen. Already tried a resolution fix, didn’t work. Any an ideas what’s up with it?

I love FPS games but because I always played on consoles in my younger days, I couldn't get used to using WASD for playing on PC. I was able to get around this difficulty using either Azeron pads or Razer Tartarus V2. They worked great for me but both had durability issues and I've gone through two Azerons and three Tartarus pads, and the last Tartarus broke on me last night. Azerons feel too expensive and Tartarus, while cheaper, appears to be getting phased out since I can't find any local stores carrying them, only available via delivery now. I tried to learn how to play FPS with WASD but it's just not working for me. Is there any other peripherals or methods which allows me to control directions with my thumb so the rest of my fingers are available?

guys so i wanted to play pc games with kbm as the medium, all my life i had only played mobile games like codm,pubgm, genshin and so on, when i tried the games on pc, i found at that im quiite decent with mouse and aiming but im terrible at movement with keyboard ,my finger placement is decent initially but problems comes when other keys like R,F,G, or even number keys comes into play as it break even my wasd coordination

so can you guys recommend me games or maybe videos or maybe anything which can help me with the keyboard situation

I have this problem in my Dy 2 game, I encounter the same problem when I don't use the screen, how can I solve it?

My game will run completely fine for a while but after I die a couple times my game will start chopping and tearing really bad, but when I look down at the ground my game will run smooth until I look back up. Anyone else have this issue or have a solution?

So I wanna play this game but for medical reason I can only play with m+kb, unfortunately the camera has awful stuttering with the mouse (no fps drops, with controller it's fine). Is there any fix?

So I’ve been wanting to reach ssl on rocket league. I’m an ( about ) a teen and I’ve noticed that my parent havent been letting me go on my system. I went on it for 1hr and a half ( and I asked them to go on it) but one of my other guardian said I went on it too much and grounded me from it for a a day. I stayed calm and explained gaming is normal and when I was younger I use to be able to go on it for longer. They deleted rocket league and again grounded me, this time longer. I’m finding it really annoying especially whilst my behaviour is good, I go outside a lot and it’s summer and I like playing with my freinds.

plus my guardians played video games a lot when they were my age and still do .

im I being unreasonable and I would like advice because they are stubborn and will not listen to me and I know no one I know will defend me.
