Blue & Gray

I'm a current sophomore and it is my dream to be a tour guide! I am wondering if anyone has any tips for the application/interview process, since I know it is so competitive. I applied last year but did not get it. Any and all advice would be appreciated!

Obviously it is not the only thing I ever want to do with my life, but it is something that I have been thinking about for the past few years and want to be able to do.
