They’re staying listed, but current shareholders are being bought out at $1.14 a share. GoPro is only going to maintain 10% of ownership.

The merger is at a certain price but most likely the news of the merger is moving it more now. No one knows, guess we’ll see, but this is still very low based on the entire history.

GoPro should make a line of 'Web Cams' with the same hardware stack.
With the Mission-ILS, I 100% wish there was an adapter to use my e-mount lenses on it. I am looking for an overhead 8k studio camera. I am under the assumption right now that we don't need a fancy focus system for this mode, so we can set the focus once and then with the right F-stop and lens most stuff should be in focus.

Ive been long since they announced the gp3 processor. I pre ordered both the mp1 and the ils. The merger is great news for me and now gopro will have us manufacturing. Im staying long and are now also an ai infracturer company. Great news except for im waiting for the ai bubble to pop
