Gratitude Practice Grateful for water

I’m grateful to have the clean water i drink. The water in my bath. Watering my garden. The water in my backyard stream. The water in the ocean I get to live by. I’m grateful for water in all its many forms. I’m trying my best to not overuse it this precious resource. What a blessing to live on this earth 🌏 so much of which is water.

Gratitude Practice grateful i can afford healthcare

waiting for my test results to come back, may have cancer, may not have cancer. either way I'm glad I can afford to seek care, and can afford to go for checkups that helped identify it.

Gratitude Practice I am so grateful to be alive

i recently got really sick, i don’t know what it was but it was just constant panic attacks, insane fever dreams half awake and couldn’t eat or barely drink for nearly four days. i faced some things that were really hard for me to face and it really scared me. i didn’t know what to do but i had people to help me and i am so incredibly grateful. i think mentally i faced generational trauma and fear and just so many hard things in those four days. the moment i could get up and move i looked in the mirror and felt like i saw myself for the first time and i loved him and understood him. it helped me see that even though things can get really hard in life and difficult situations can pop up at any moment, really trying to relax and appreciating the moment will soften the blow of the hard times and you will find it again sooner. i am so grateful to even get the chance to be here for any of it and i hope if anyone reads this that they can feel the same too. this human experience we are having is incredible

Gratitude Practice Got my boating license

I'm very grateful I got my boating license. I put it off for years. I never really needed it because I didn't have a boat, but I always wanted to get it. Once you get it you have it for life too. I woke up one day and said today is the day and started to study. I studied by myself for a week and they force you to do 6hrs of studying with their material too. After that it's a 1hr test. I ended up passing with 95%. I'm very grateful this is one thing I don't have to worry about ever again

Gratitude Practice Grateful for summer and all its sunshine and color and abundance of growing things, and grateful to be heading toward autumn and coziness and to see the change in the seasons ☺️

I love changing seasons. They always fill me with wonder and comfort, and also something deeply melancholic that speaks to my sentimental heart.

It's still hot as blue blazes here, but, September means fall is coming. I'm sad to say goodbye to summer, so I'll eke out a little more love for bare feet and sunshine on my skin and open windows before fall brings something quieter and slower.

Grateful for the time to experience change 🤍

Gratitude Practice Title: It took losing my ability to walk normally to realize how ungrateful I’ve been.

I spent years constantly overwhelmed, complaining about not having enough time, and always defaulting to the worst-case scenario. If there was a problem, I’d obsess over it instead of looking for a way through. I was so caught up in my own head and my daily routines that I completely took my health, and the people around me, for granted.

Then I got sick.

Right now, just standing up and walking across the room feels like running a marathon. Being stuck in isolation, stripped of my physical strength, hit me like a ton of bricks. It forced me to slow down and confront how blind I’d been to the everyday blessings right in front of me.

For the first time, I genuinely see the people who have been standing by me all along, the ones I was too self-absorbed to properly appreciate. And as crazy as it sounds, I’m almost grateful for this illness. It broke my bad habits, taught me that anything learned can be unlearned, and reminded me that our health and our loved ones are non-negotiable.

If you can move your body today without pain, take a deep breath, and hold the people you care about a little closer. Don't wait for a wake-up call to realize how much you already have.

i'm grateful to find things to do which allow me to completely lose track of time. i'm grateful for my neighbors and friends that stopped by. i'm grateful that even though my 12 year relationship to a person i thought i'd grow old with ended, that i'm able to pray for peace for her and mean it, and to do the things which give me peace as well. i'm grateful for this life.

Discussion Soooofa king GREAT!

Upvotes

Just coming to physically put out there HOW BLESSEDLY GRATEFUL I AM!!!

My niece has decided life is worth living and oh at such a strong vibe coming thru in that too!

AND I can do more than just read about god giving me a “hope and a future”, because no weapon formed against me shall prosper, EVEN when in the flesh I must wrap up loose ends which requires some traumatic response type things to come up, so I can do what I’m born to do!

AND that I get to go to see said niece soon when, on paper, how ever is that even possible?!

because I AM possibility

Hallelujah, so amazing, so blessed, and maybe the bestest of the best part?

**I am experiencing my Self, experiencing what joy vibes in the future & what it may feeeeeel like, even in spite of anything else that happens in it, and I’m feeeeeeling that with regularity to the point it’s not just some ‘new feeling’ anymore!!!

Discussion It just take 2 minutes

I often think i. Don't have time for anything. I just see negative side. Always think of the problems than solution. If there is problem there must be solution. Until now i realise that what i learn I can unlearn things. Now i feel i am thankful for people always been There. I neverr notice them until i realize how ungrateful i was until something doesn't happen. I got sick now standing and walking feels task for me. Isolation taught me how we need to be greatful for people around us. Weekness taught me how much we never need to take our health for granted. And now somewhere i am greatful for my sickness. It made me finally realize how much I need to take care of this body. We can't take for granted our health.

Gratitude Practice Down but not out

I am down on my luck. Unemployed after landing my career job and running an extreme l, savings account. Every day seems to be speeding by.

I am thankful for the smaller things. I can dance my pain away and enjoy life a little bit more while the music is jamming.
