Incidentally, not quite every video game. For Xenoblade casts, Hulk tier adversaries are mundane encounters, and the folks from Monster Hunter or God Eater would probably shrug, too.

That's only MCU and old live action Hulk. These days Hulk can blow up the planet just by being TOO angry on it.
But his ever growing power is treated more as a tragedy than anything: he'll never find anyone who can truly tug his leash or allow him to live like a person. He'll always have to run.

I mean, depends on the source. Sometimes Hulk is just a strong angry guy, sometimes he's god-level himself.

There's a thing in Brazil called Buxaverso and Hulk is one of the main characters of this thing. And if it's Hulk from Buxaverso, Hulk would just run away from Kat for a specific reason
