I'm trying to slowly but surely inch my way towards a Dr title but from time to time I get a surgery where I tie myself in stitches like 4 times in a row leading to me being screwed mid brain tumor procedure.
I've got lvl 100, im using skill spice, an exquisite bone saw, im not sure if it helps but i have a dr blingin set equipped, i have no idea what else i can do, i cannot afford a stethoscope, is it just sometimes doomed just because of rng or am i missing something?
