Non-fictional I HATE these "gotcha arguments"

"Ohhh, look how I tricked this dumb dumb baby in my trap so now I am right and they are wrong. I'm so smaaart even though it does not adress the actual argument and adds nothing to the debate. They teach arabic numerals in school btw."

And these type of comments always get tons of likes

A better argument is that if nobody can have an abortion, child neglect/abuse/murder cases increase, domestic violence cases increase, children in the system increase, the amount of unstable people raised in broken homes increases, suicide increases, mental illness becomes an even larger problem as the overall desperation of society to exist in peace increases. The only thing that drops is resources to feed us, employ us, keep us all healthy, able and willing to work. Contributes only pain. We are not hurting for more people in this world.

I do not argue for or against abortion. That wasn't the point of this post. I just hate the types of arguments people use like the one in the post. I agree that the arguments you gave are 1000x better
