Per fess abased sable and argent, surmounting the division a volume indicator lauded of one cendrée.

(I made up "lauded" to refer to the number of sound lines, but I think it could work.)

At first I thought it was Counterchanged which is why I zoomed in on to screen cap it then it wasn’t counterchanged and I posted it anyway
