I feel like they can get sick depending on the situation or the severity of it. A common occurrence is an outbreak in an illness within their nation, and it can affect them as well (like the common flu). They can experience the symptoms.

These characters are technically part of my own OC country personification universe, but I also use them for Hetalia sometimes.

Iraq: He has a loud, boisterous personality. He is interested in history and has a poetic side. He likes to eat a lot, and is fond of sweets.

Assyria: He is normally calm and relaxed, but can be passive aggressive at times and mischievous at others. He likes archeology and grand strategy games.

Kurdistan: She is stoic, reserved, and antisocial. She likes nature and hiking.
