General Advice Needed/Given PLS HELP

IM STARTING HIGHSCHOOL TOMORROW (I didn't go the first day) I'm genuinely about to cry,people from the same study program found people online (including me) and they already made friends! What I'm most terrified about is the stupid tests. Those aren't graded,just for teachers to see how the students are doing. AND I CANT DO IT I DONT REMEMBER ANYTHING oh the embarrassment I'm gonna have if she reads the scores out loud. I genuinely NEED advice what do i do?! What if i have no one to sit with? What if my class is full of mean people? The worst thoughts are running through my mind. I'm scared people on day one already made friends while I wasn't there. People always tell me "it's okay,everyone is nervous!" Yes,but they already made their nervous friends.. probably. I just need advice on what do I DO and tips I guess

It is surprisingly similar to middle school
