Is this Frisian? I’m catching some Dutch words but sounds like some sort of dialect and it’s not from the south since I speak that one lol. Can anyone satisfy my curiosity?

The camera seems to point away every time the guy in the red T-shirt is near the fireplace, so the guy filming might be in on it too. He keeps moving the camera around, but then focuses right on the fireplace just before the explosion. Sommaybe he knew
