Hey fellow Grom enjoyers,

does anyone here has the OEM Honda Grom Windshield that was released with the current gen?

If so: is there a noticeable change at higher speeds? Not talking about max speed just less wind/vibration on the body?

I am occasionally driving on the highway. I am fine with the low speed but the wind is actually kinda annoying from time to time.

Would be grateful if anyone has some experience with it or a good alternative to the OEM one.

I recently bought 60% springs and a lifter plate to make wheelies easier, only to find out there already was a lifter plate and aftermarket stiffer springs. So I installed my new springs anyways, and after I was done when I shift into first the bike stalls, and the bike won’t roll with the clutch in. My clutch lever also hasn’t been as stiff as my friends with aftermarket springs, my lever has always been super soft, even with the stiff springs in my bike all along. I have no idea what to do I’ve taken the springs back out and back in again, and nothing changed. I feel like this lever arm should be way stiffer than what it is in the video, I can press it super easy. Does anyone know what to do 😭

Wondering if anyone has ordered and used a clutch kit from Koso North America? They say “hi-tension clutch springs” but I’m wondering if it’s like the 60% stiffer springs or it’s their own kind? Also if it’s even a good option for wheelies? I will also be ordering the billet clutch plate from The Sic Shop

So i did a intake, ebay sc project exhaust and tune for my 2015 grom. It is so fucking loud now its obnoxious, im trying to stunt at night and everyone within a 5 mile radius can hear me which only attracts police. Will my engine run fine if i throw the stock exhaust back on? or is there any alternative to make it quieter? possibly a good slip on anyone knows about?

I love my SF and I love the yellow. A bit harder to combine accesory colors without looking funky, but one of the best colors IMO.

I have a 2026 Grom and plan on stunting it once I get it fully broken in. I don’t ride a whole lot between this and my zx6r so it’ll be a while. But I would like to start buying parts soon.

Grom is currently at 140 miles on the odometer.

Question: When I buy an exhaust, do I have to get it tuned? I don’t plan on doing anything with the intake unless it’s highly recommended.

Just wondering if a bad fuel pump will still prime? I hear it and disconnected the fuel line and hook on a clear tube to see if it was priming. And it is. But bike bike will on run for a few seconds they shut off. It was running fine then gradually got worse and worse over the span of 15 mins so kinda has me leaning toward a fuel issue. I will replace pump and injector and see if that fixes the issue. Looked into tank and dont see and filter junk like ive seen in some pics. Plz help lol 🙏

i flaired as help but im mostly looking for advice. Do any of you currently or previously delivered with apps like door dash, uber eats etc on your groms? what does or did your set up look like? should i even consider it, meaning is it worth it ? ive been considering the idea but would like hear to hear what you guys think. photo for attention

Got this 2025 grom SUPER cheap. Like to the point that if it ends uo being a dud i wont even be that upset. But i need help on repairing this or if i should leave it like this. Both sides of the upper motor mount were welded. They welded the bolt/nut as well. (By Previous owner whom dropped it). So i want to get it fixed maybe not the correct way(new frame), but in a way that itll last. Do i just cut that metal tab off and reweld a new one in place? Or what options do i have?

I'm trying to get the rear wheel bearings on my grom replaced before taking a trip, and I'm worried I'm not going to get them replaced in-time. My local shop has ordered them, but they're unsure whether the bearings will be in before the end of the week, and they've been hit or miss in the past. I've tried to look online, at places that have next day shipping like Revzilla, however, when I try to put my make and model in their little dropdown menus it's like a 150cc grom is nonexistant. Do I just order the same bearings that you would order for a 125 MXS? I'm not sure what to order about this and it's really stressing me out.

Picked this bad boy up for 1500 bucks off Facebook this weekend. Kind of an impulse buy but I couldn’t resist a good deal. Nothing fun being done yet. I order an OEM swing arm and chain, o rings for valve cover (doing valve adjustment), brake fluid, pads, crank case gasket (cleaning oil screen and spinner), and of course a new spark plug. Super stoked to be part of the community if you got any suggestions or things I should do feel free to let me know. It’s a 2019 with 10500 miles

Long story short, after an oil change, my clutch wasn’t fully engaging/disengaging. I figured I didn’t have the pushrod seated right, but I just put fresh oil in, so I didn’t want to drain it.

I laid the bike on the side so I wouldn’t lose any oil. It was all going well, until I pulled the cover off, then flipped it upside down to look at the pushrod.

Well, all the bolts were still in the case, so they all fell out onto the floor/engine. I found all the fasteners on the floor/engine except one. It either rolled into oblivion, or fell through one of the holes into the crankcase. I stuck my boroscope and a magnet into the holes to the crankcase and couldn’t find it. The engine also rotated over by hand without and weird noises. I drained the oil and laid it on the other side and shook it, and I couldn’t hear the bolt and it didn’t fall out

However, I am not risking nuking the engine, so I’m going to pull it out and split the crankcase.

Tl;dr, took a shortcut, almost worked, now I have much more work ahead of me…

Just installed my new clutch and 6 bolt plate in my ‘22 Grom and I love how it looks. I’ve been wanting the clear cam sprocket cover and I figure it would look cool with a clear clutch cover, not the whole thing, just that small cover that has the 3 bolts. Does anyone know of where to get one? I’ve been looking all over and can’t find a clear version of that cover. (Pic of new clutch for attention)

You can see that the front wheel looks like it’s been pushed backwards toward the engine. The frame around the steering neck also seems to have a crease/bend, but I can’t tell if that’s factory or crash damage. Could that be what’s causing the wheel to sit so far back?

Do 3rd gen Groms need longer cables to mount higher bars (XR50, or Risers) like the SF groms needed?

Anyone with higher than stock bars need to do any mods on their 3rd gen?

I live in a small town most roads being between 35 and 55 mph. I've wanted a grom for so long, but I worry about not being able to keep up with traffic when it hits 55. Most people go at least 60 (sometimes even 65) since they are back roads.

Would modding it to go a little faster be worth it or should I think about a different bike?

I bought this grom around a month ago. I haven’t added a single modification to it, just been riding it as bought from the original owner. It’s got a 4.5 inch MNTHBX 4.5 inch stretch and the lowering links installed on it, as well as a Ohlins rear shock.

I’m curious what would change realistically if I revert it back to stock length? I don’t wheelie or plan to, and really just like it for how nimble and flicky it is. Would reverting it back make it more flicky and nimble? I think it would cost around $150 to go back to stock with the new parts I’d have to buy. I’ve never ridden a non stretched grom, as this was my first one.

I do like the look of it, but would trade the looks away if un-stretching it would make it more fun.
